Open Question: What should I do with my makeup?

I was 11. I am going to secondary school. I am terrible acne, I can make-up. I hope it looks more natural. I want to have a gloomy look. I have olive skin. I have a translucent blue / green / gray / purple eyes. I have very long eyelashes. I have a good cheek bones (they are prominent) I have a wide face and large lips nude. (Do not like ugly things like not a huge Angelina Jolie), so how should I make-up wise? I like the powder foundation.
