Open Question: Retin-A/Tretinoin for acne?

Has anyone tried this local treatment of acne drugs? I have mild acne on the 18th, specifically for acne natural and comprehensive treatment, but they just do not work, I do anything next year, I think the quick results. A friend in another country really encouraged me to get A acid A. He said that my face will be horrible in the first few weeks of the case, then clear. I read the review, otherwise. But I would like some help before I go to get it, because I am against the use of chemicals on my face things.
